User vs Author

This is the main change and the most important change.

1. add manually user author field

Important:

• write access only for main admin or admins or new admin class, not members (otherwise they will be able to change their author account)

2. User fields added by the plugin

Other user fields are added by plugin installation:

Those fields are added by the plugin and they can be removed by plugin uninstallation.

Editable by members class means that user can change them.

Those fields fully replace most of the original authorprefs table and functionality.

3. Other user fields

e107 user extended fields are really advanced, you can add their own predefined fields or add your own.
